Payment Policy of Lucknow Wala Catering
At Lucknow Wala Catering , we are committed to providing exceptional catering services while maintaining transparency and convenience in our payment process. Please review our payment policy details below:
1. Initial Deposit:
Upon confirming your event and selecting your catering package, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit serves as a commitment from both parties and allows us to begin the planning process for your event.
2. Interim Payment:
An interim payment of 40% of the total estimated cost is due 3 weeks prior to the event date. This payment helps us cover the initial expenses and ensures that all preparations are on track for your special day.
3. Final Payment:
The final payment, covering the remaining balance of the total estimated cost, is due( same days Or As Per Discussion) before/after the event. This payment should be completed to finalize all arrangements and confirm the details of your event with our team.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bank Transfers
- Checks
- UPI
4. Additional Charges:
Any additional services, menu upgrades, or unforeseen changes requested after the initial agreement may incur additional charges. These charges will be communicated to you promptly, and payment for these services will be due before the event.
5. Gratuities:
Gratuities for our staff are not included in the catering package cost. If you wish to show appreciation for the exceptional service provided by our team, you are welcome to provide gratuities directly to our staff on the day of the event.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking, please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in our contract. The initial deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made ( 15 days / As Discussion )before the event, 50% of the total estimated cost will be refunded. Cancellations made within (7 days/ As Discussion ) of the event will result in forfeiture of the entire payment.
