  • To begin making the Himachal Style Pahari Sidu Recipe, we will first make the dough. Add yeast, whole wheat flour and sugar into a bowl and add water little at a time and knead well to form a soft and non-sticky dough.

  • Pinch the edges and score it in the center. Heat a pan with 2 tablespoon oil and carefully place the stuffed roti on the heated pan toast on either side till it is cooked and becomes brown.
